The White Company is a historical novel by the Scottish writer Arthur Conan Doyle (1859–1930), which tells about the adventures of the main character, a young squire, as well as English archers. The action takes place in the middle of the 14th century in England, France and Spain at the height of the Hundred Years’ War. The author considered this novel the best work of his life.
